How your personal data is collected, used and protected on this website.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
We only collect what is needed: first name, surname, phone and email, plus context data (city, permit type, time in Switzerland, company) if you voluntarily provide it.
Standard technical data (IP, browser) is recorded by our host (Hostinger, EU) in server logs for a limited period. We store a single value (fes-theme) in your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark preference.
We do not use marketing cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any tracking tools.
3. Why we process your data
To respond to your request, manage your registration, deliver the service and meet legal obligations. No profiling, no commercial emails without your consent.
4. Retention period
Enquiries and event registrations: up to 12 months after the last interaction. Service-related records: during the engagement and up to 10 years for accounting records (Swiss law). General email correspondence: up to 24 months.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Service providers used: Hostinger (EU), SVAG (CH), Calendly (US, only if you book), Stripe (EU/US, only if you pay), WhatsApp/Meta (Ireland), Bunny.net (EU, web fonts). Transfers to the US rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Swiss adequacy framework.
6. Your rights
Under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise them write to info@finanzasensuiza.com.

7. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Access is restricted to the controller, with strong passwords and secure deletion once retention expires.
8. Minors
This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown above.
